Billing, cancellation and refunds

WhoPosts is currently in early access and does not yet invite customers to complete live payment. This policy will govern direct subscriptions when live billing is opened. Effective 1 November 2026.

Subscriptions

Plan price, currency, billing interval, taxes and included limits will be shown before checkout. A subscription begins only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Failed, disputed or unlinked payment events do not grant service entitlement.

Renewal and plan changes

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A plan upgrade may take effect immediately with the amount disclosed at confirmation. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal so already-paid access is not silently removed.

Cancellation

An authorized workspace owner or billing administrator may request cancellation in the product or through support. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Deleting an app, removing a user or abandoning a workspace does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable after a paid period begins, except where required by law, where a checkout expressly provides a refund right, or where WhoPosts confirms a billing error. If a mandatory cooling-off or consumer right applies, it is not limited by this policy. App-store purchases, if offered, are also subject to that store’s billing and refund process.

Payment problems

We may provide a limited recovery period after a failed renewal before paid limits are reduced. We do not rely only on browser return pages; payment, refund and dispute status is verified with the payment provider. Chargebacks may suspend the related paid entitlement while investigated.

Contact

Billing questions may be sent to support@whoposts.com. Include the workspace name and invoice or payment reference, but never send a full card number or security code.
