Terms of service

Agreement and organizational authority

By creating or using a WhoPosts workspace, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to do so. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The contracting WhoPosts operator will be identified in the applicable order form, invoice or other written commercial agreement; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.

The service

WhoPosts helps authorized teams plan, distribute, verify and report physical promotional displays. Features may evolve. Preview, beta and early-access functionality may change or be withdrawn and is provided for evaluation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific launch date, or suitability for legal, payroll, safety-critical or emergency use.

Accounts and permissions

Each person must use an authorized identity and keep access secure. Workspace owners control memberships, roles, store scope and business content. Users must promptly report suspected compromise and must not share codes, bypass permissions, misrepresent identity or attempt cross-workspace access.

Customer content

The customer retains ownership of content it submits. It grants WhoPosts a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, back up and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure and support the service. The customer is responsible for having the rights, notices and consents needed for poster artwork, personal data, evidence photos and instructions it submits.

Acceptable use

You must not use WhoPosts to break the law or another person’s rights; upload malware or unlawful, deceptive or abusive material; probe or disrupt security; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; resell access without written permission; or use the service as a social publishing, employee tracking, payroll or emergency-response system.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Plan limits and prices shown before checkout form part of the applicable order. Paid subscriptions, when enabled, renew as disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. Taxes may apply. Entitlements change only after verified provider records. The current billing, cancellation and refund policy provides additional detail.

Confidentiality and security

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Security information is available on our security page. No security measure eliminates all risk, and customers remain responsible for appropriate endpoint, identity and internal access practices.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to protect the service, users or third parties; address non-payment; comply with law; or respond to a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure. A workspace owner may cancel according to the applicable plan. Data export and deletion remain subject to authorization, retention, security and legal requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. WhoPosts is not responsible for store connectivity, user-supplied content, physical installation, third-party systems or decisions made from incomplete information. Liability exclusions and caps in a signed commercial agreement control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms prospectively and will give appropriate notice of material changes. The governing law and dispute forum will be identified in the applicable order or commercial agreement and cannot override mandatory rights. Questions and formal notices may be sent to support@whoposts.com.
