At WhoPosts, we take your privacy and the security of your data seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and process your information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our lead generation services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details provided during sign-up.
- Service Data: Public social media data from 9 platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Hacker News, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Quora) that you monitor via keywords.
- Technical Data: IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.
2. AI Processing (Google Gemini)
WhoPosts uses Google Gemini AI to analyze public social media posts.
- We do not send your personal identity to the AI.
- Your keywords and the content of public posts are processed to generate Intent Scores and draft replies.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with the following essential processors:
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
- Supabase: For encrypted cloud database storage.
- Google: For AI processing via the Gemini API.
- Resend: For transactional emails (welcome, alerts).
- Zapier / Make / Clay: Only if you connect your own webhook or API key; data flows to your chosen tool.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
In accordance with DPDP 2023, we retain your data only for as long as necessary.
- Leads are automatically purged from our systems after 30 days.
- You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.

As per Indian law, if you have concerns regarding your data, contact our Grievance Officer:
