By accessing WhoPosts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in India.
1. Use of Service
WhoPosts is a lead-generation tool. You agree not to use our AI-generated drafts to send spam, harass individuals, or violate the terms of third-party platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Hacker News, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Quora).
2. API and Integrations
If you use our API (e.g. via Zapier, Make, Clay) or webhooks, you are responsible for keeping your API key and webhook URLs secure. Do not share them publicly. We may revoke keys if we detect abuse.
3. Payments and Refunds (Razorpay)
- Fees: Paid plans require successful payment via Razorpay.
- Immediate Access: Access is granted immediately upon payment.
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a lead has been unlocked.
4. Limitation of Liability
WhoPosts provides Intent Scores based on AI analysis. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale. We are not liable for any business losses incurred through the use of our platform.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
